To cancel your booking, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 99445 22049 or email info@ABCtravels.com with your booking reference number. Cancellations made via WhatsApp or email are time-stamped from the moment we receive and acknowledge your message.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
For multi-day tour packages, hotel cancellation policies from third-party partners may apply in addition to our cab cancellation charges. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a full credit note valid for 12 months.
If ABC Tours & Travels cancels your booking due to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability or any other operational reason, you will receive a 100% refund or a replacement vehicle at no additional cost.
